Hi guys, I spend a 'few' hours on the editor and now you should be able to enable the shark in the game..

I swapped the shark-scripts (shark.lua and shark_x.lua) to 'civilian' entity.
I added also the editor-created spawn files.

Filelist:

  • Civilian.lua

  • Civilian_x.lua

  • SpawnCivilian.ent

  • SpawnCivilian.lua

  • WaterKillEvent.lua


Installation guide:

  1. Copy the z_GameData.pak into the Crysis main root .../Crysis/Game.


  2. NOTE:If you use modified multiplayer levels, the cheatprotection wont't let you join an online server.

    And the spawning is NOT tested yet, basictly 'cause I'm not that good with flowgraphs, but even I managed to drag the shark onto the map though heh and yes, it's got the basic movement and all the basic functinality as beeing aware of the player etc etc..
    In theory, atleast Smile , spawning the shark should now be possible, aswell as enabling the waterkillevent.. Feel free to test/inspect the files, and post any corrections/flowgraphs how to actually do it.
