Hello fellow Crydevs! In this post, we're going to showcase a very unique project by talented modder seith called Ghost of a Tale. It is what seems to be an atmospheric adventure of a little mouse in a lonely but deep and possibly dangerous environment. A month ago seith released a short pre-alpha video of the project, showcasing some of the environment and the mouse character. In this update, seith shows us some screenshots from the first map of the game. So, without further a due, here they are!

The artist has provided us with some stunning screenshots of his first level, utilizing all of CryEngine's lighting prowess and texturing capabilities, including tessellation and parallax occlusion mapping.

Be sure to visit the update's thread to leave some feedback, as well as read seith's explanation of how he used low poly models and complex texture work to make such a low demand but incredible looking level. Carry on!
