wanted to know if the Achieved with CryEngine3 logo video and the Scaleform Splash Screen could be made available in a reusable video format. (can't use the usm files)

I wanted to include them as Splashscreen samples in the videoplayer plugin.

Unfortunately there's a whole bunch of legal implications with freely offering material like this, not something we have prepared (you'd have to contact scaleform for that stuff) at present.

What about the achieved with cryengine3 video logo? I have seen it in lots of *inofficial* youtube videos, could grab it somewhere there but the quality wouldn't be as good as when we get an official splashscreen video.

Autodesk changed the name to Autodesk Gameware now. http://gameware.autodesk.com/scaleform/support/styles, no more Scaleform Logo.

Ah great now, I just need the same thing for CryEngine.

You should however contact them about the logo usage. This is something every developer making a game build should do. They should be made aware of the usage. I'm unsure of the Autodesk policy on this matter.

I don't think Crytek legal/whoever will get back to me regarding this question, since imho both video logo are supplied in usm format already in the freesdk. Personally I don't plan to use it anywhere I just want to include sample files in webm format to replace the usm files.
