can get my games running smoothly as they should.
My games stutter and fps are like 5fps on crysis warhead textures look terrible even on enthusiast , resolution is expanded for some reason , in bf3 my fps go from 100 to -30 after few mins.

I have tried reformatting , reinstalling drivers etc. nothing seems to be wrong with hardware.

My hunch is its something to do with settings either monitor or not.

anyway if any1 can help me correct this pc i will write out a cheque immediately.

Your PC seems to overheat very fast and your PC regulates the power to prevent overheating. Check your PC temperature and try to improve your PC cooling by adding more fans / removing some dust.

Why exactly are you offering us a hundred euros for this? It seems ridiculously unnecessary.

Check for case temperature, maybe your case coolers aren't efficient enough.

That's my problem when playing BF3. After five minutes playing without having turned the coolers up BF3 starts lagging like hell. I turn them up and the lagging stops instantly. (I have a little regulator on the back of my PC)

I used to have this problem with my GTX295. The heatsync busted itself and temps completely lost control and I got similar symptoms sometimes. When it got really hot (over 100c), artifacts would start to spawn everywhere, the textures took a dip, and lag ensued. I eventually replaced it before it started to melt itself. Probably the weirdest moment was when the graphics decided to double themselves with vertical artifacts going across the whole screen (not just in the viewport), everything on the screen turned orange/blue/black/white, and then it bluescreened.

Speedfan is great. :) Don't let the name deceive you, it's a very versatile program for monitoring temperatures in addition to controlling fan speeds.

If you want a really good programme for both seeing your tempts and controlling them, you can get Speedfan or EVGA Precision. Most people seem to like Speedfan, but I've had far more success with EVGA Precision, mainly because of how 'precise' and literal it is. Plus the GUI makes it really simple to use and very easy to see what's going on.

EDIT:

Grim you bloody ninja!

I may have found the problem.
My cpu usage in crysis varies from 8 percent to 25 percent really it should be about 100, the gpu temps are around 60 which isnt that bad. Any1 know how to get my cpu usage to fully utilize the game/?

im using win 7 64 bit all my parts are compatible, no bsod to report. Still feel its a cpu usage issue but am not certain. if we could troubleshoot this though.

So it is a heat issue.

Check GPU fan speed with something like SpeedFan, or MSI afterburner (both free). If the fans arent at 100% at that temp, set a custom fan profile in MSI afterburner.

If they ARE at 100%, take out your GPU, and take off the top-cover. Then get some compressed air and blow out all the dust that's blocking the airflow.
