Yeah I have seen these pictures before, they look really good though :P

But on the topic of BF4, I guess it is almost certainly coming out maybe next year or this year. I think we will get more info in E3 2013. Again I guess it will not be a true sequel to BF2, but will still be a pretty fun game imho.

if BF4 looks like that then I might have to brake my no origin rule and re-install the pile of crap it is so i can play LOL..

Then again EA will probally try and force a £40+ price tag on the game.. so i wont get it anyway haha.

I guarantee it, all their new releases are £40+. Also you'll probably have to pay another £40 for a season pass, you know how much gamers love paying for the game again just so their game doesn't get 5 times crappier.

yep, i'm not too sure about if bf4 is on my insta buy list like bf3 was.
if im honest i prefer bad company 2 to bf3 (alot of it down to bf3s lousy attempt at realistic movement which just annoyed me vs the more arcady nature of BC2's that responded quickly and was awesome in comparison.) also too many post process effects, sure it looks nice but in reality the lens flares/scratches were annoying and overused.

however then again, when bf3 came out i had lousy internet that would disconnect me from the sever after every match or halfway through a match. I also dislike origin and wasnt keen on battlelog (having to have a web browser open when your playing a game thats fullscreen (not in browser) is a stupid idea to me.)

Thank christ I'm not the only one who thought that. There seems to be an almost universal trend of using post processing for "zomg, GRafiX" even when you're looking through a person's eyes rather than a camera. Our eyes don't produce bokeh effects the way a camera does because our pupils aren't apertures.

Part of it is going to be set in Shanghai, there will be a China faction

Not sure why the Shanghai tower isn't in the skyline, it is due to be completed in 2014, so it should be in the game

Architects register copyrights on their building designs these days, so I'm guessing there's a legal question over whether making a 3d model of the building infringes that.
