Nice! But the game will be set on terrains like this?   And then the terrain includes of course some Halo vehicles, weapons and buildings (like the Valhalla bases).

Because of the thing at the end of the Wraith, it looks more like one.

Yeah, maybe no one remembers the one on Halo 1. Lol But when you compare it to the one of Halo 1, you see you do the job quite good!

Yeah everyone seem's to have forgotten about the game that made the series what it is now. Anyways nearly done doing the basic outlay. The coloured part is from bungies model to show what the final result should look like as i've been using bungie's model for proportion ratios.

You work so fast! Actually, you had a Master Chief character finished for this mod? Hadn't you? So, I know you have it or not (if you have to remake it, it will take some time).

Appologies for the delay but the wraith is finaly modeled. Some things have been tweaked a fair bit. Im fairly impressed considering this was my first covenant model. e: Today im getting the model unwrapped and send the bitmap off to the texture artist so hopefully soon i should have some pretty cool stuff to show off.

Not to be mean, but that wraith model could look better. It seems like something that would go in Halo 1, becuase it is so low poly. Learn to sub-divide, so you can utilize the engine better.
If you sat down and practiced Sub-division, you could probably pick it up in a day. It isn't hard and the outcome is great. Try it out.

Yeah i have tried some sub D before i know it is a little low poly but the lower the poly the easier it is to fix issues, as im sure you'l understand, i have slowly been making a collection of tutorials to read up on and sub D is one that i've been looking into. I made this wraith using the technique demonstrated in a manual i got a while back for next generation works by Andrew gahan which Snafubar endorsed as well as a few others at modacity. As for the wraith i've set up the basic colours for the bitmap now for sending the bitmap off to teltaur for some glorifying to the bitmaps.
