Where do I put the files exactly? I tried it and the mtl was in bad path so I just ask :)

you should take the folder "north-eastern vegetation" which is in the zip format and put it in the Mods folder in the crysis main folder, if you don't have a Mods folder you should create this folder

or put the files where ever you want and then change the texture paths in the mtl files

What are the Triangle count for these trees?
