ok i hope i have paraphrased this correctly ,my question is : who was responsible for the cryengine 2 graphic engine? who was the head developer ? who managed this project??

Martin Mittring was Lead Graphics Programmer .

Cevat brothers being the owners of the company. This engine was built by a huge amount of people. The Research and Development (R&D) Department at Crytek is behind it and the CryEngine 3.
