1) it is because you have pressed f4 it just means that you have godmode
2)...?

if you were flying it was because you have pressed f3 then you just had to press it again once or twice

F3- You can fly around
F3 twice- You can fly around with noclip on

F4- God mode
F4 twice- All your team mates are in god mode (I think)
F4 three times- DEMI GOD (Dont know what's that)
F4- Normal mode
