Someone knows how to?

My computer's small power performance can not be together GAME + Fraps (or another screen capture) softwares.
Fraps or Camtasia etc softwares kills Game FPS. ;(

How to Non-RealTime Frame Capture TrackView Scene Encode To AVI (export to avi)....? ?(

Or which is the best screen capture software which uses little system resources and saving the game fps ? ?( :unsure:

i THINK the command is capture_frames but someone might need to back me up on this :S

/edit
the other option is use something that will record, change the command time_scale 1 to time_scale 0.1 then speed up the video 10x and you have 100 FPS :D even on an awful PC :D
