Looks good, remember that for surface detail, decals are your friend.

Im getting close to finishing the open world levels of this mod, so its recruiting time. Here are the positions available.
Positions available

Flowgrapher - I need someone that can make elevators for buildings, and flowgraph the cars in the city to all be constantly driving and stopping at certain points.
A 3d studio max designer - I need you to make interiors for certain levels.
Whoever gets these positions will be credited and have their work showcased, also their will not be time constraints, you will have plenty of time to make your work great.

You need more details on the street, and then turn down streaking, also disable shadows on some of your Facades. Looks good so far tho

Im going through and making all the streets much higher res, so the water reflections are gonna start looking much better

Guys, i have realized that there is a movie called the day after, so im thinking about changing the name. Now is where you come in, i want you to give me ideas for what the title could be, the storylinee is now much deeper, so if anyone needs me to send the storyline to them i can. Also i will be posting an update in a few days.
