Here you can see the modeling progress done so far. Would appreciate if some admin would move this to the game section since its going to be standalone game now.

It probably lost a lot of size since it floated all the way in from Greenland, but it held together since it was infused with hard rubble and such.

not a history buff other than who i be.. but its great work.. I think that talent is going to waste! As far as something I think could be better, maybe have the Cover Pic of "Titanic" be wood and scaffold with little people working on the "sign" that would signify the unsinkable ship !!

Quote by VengenceBot: I think that talent is going to waste! It is? I think a game recreation of the famous heartbreaking story of the Titanic is one of the best ways to put talent to good use: it's very challenging to create, requires great detail and artistry, and it could potentially become famous if done right. In short, it can either be done right to critical acclaim, or it could flop. From the talent we have here, I think it has a chance at doing extremely well. Quote by VengenceBot: As far as something I think could be better, maybe have the Cover Pic of "Titanic" be wood and scaffold with little people working on the "sign" that would signify the unsinkable ship !! This isn't my project, but I think that could make it way too obvious. Even though everybody knows it's coming, it kind of takes away suspense by blatantly saying "THIS SHIP IS UNSINKABLE," when everyone knows it sinks. In cases where the story is far less known and is used less subtly, then something like that would work, but here it just takes away. Title-wise, in my opinion, it could just be "Lost in the Darkness," without "Titanic." It sort of leaves a brooding mystery as to what "Lost in the Darkness" is. And then when you suddenly realise it's the Titanic, you're flipping immersed. It's a tiny little bit of suspense even within the title to be discovered. I think that's the neat part about retelling an already known story, and it's just my opinion. Perhaps the story would follow a different character? Maybe it follows multiple characters that all meet up in the same place at the end? If you haven't already finalized your script and such, I'm just throwing things out there that maybe you would find interesting.

Secondly, how on Earth do my comments contradict each other? I always read through my posts two or three times before I hit submit to make sure they make sense, and nowhere do I contradict myself in the above. I merely gave my opinion on your idea and shared some of my own. Problem?

The Titanic is an amazing story, and shows how we are still human, and that we aren't too big to fail.
