Very nice map, as well as TOD. I believe grass material is using POM.

Use the grouped distance trees to reduce draw calls. Ideally, you want them at 5000 or lower. Also, start messing with the draw distances of objects to lower the polygon count. The map composition is looking great though.

@an1m4l , Awesome work. Im glad your learning from my very first test project in CE3 Free. Ive had a fair few mails why i closed down the links to my test level for community testing but i got contacted on my youtube page by a 3d design company who had a young lad apply for a possition but in the showreel he gave he's used my work(Mountain range) and the dumb ..... didnt even change the name of the map hahahahahaaaa. I have no issues learners using my stuff for anything you want, but AT LEAST give credit and dont put me in the possition of having to be the bad guy. an1m4l Was kind enough to contact me to say he was using my bits, And look how far he's come im very impressed. Think i might give my completed project to this guy and let him decide how to move on as im stuck neck deep in code right now. PS ive been convined to release a chunk of my new work to the community, Just please dont take the piss and say it's yours

No way was i gonna try and pass this off as all my own work, you did the hard part, placing props is about as easy as it gets, which is al lthe work ive done to the map so far haha. Hey youre lucky the guy didnt apply for the job under your name too Thanks for the compliments about the work tho, im glad youre still working on it yourself too, cant wait to see what you release next

Looks great so far It could use some more ground foliage/detail. Not just bushes but also grass, stones and such.

Bad news on this im afraid, the map will no longer load in CE3 anymore, i just get a stack of errors and then editor crashes. Theres an autobackup.bak file there but ive no idea how to use it. So im afraid it looks like this map is dead in the water, unless i try and make it all from scratch again

Ive decided to give up all development work from now, I got seriously angry about work being credited to others but now ive realised it's not important and have more to worry about. You can use this for anything you like and have my permition to get the news thread feature back up and you can have all rights to my work. Also im going to dump 14 months of Models, texture, level design, code etc for game projects ive been working on to the web in the next day or so, i8ll send someone a mail with link.

Id honestly be flattere dpeople think your work is so good they want to take credit for it! Sadly im afraid my work on this map is dead in the water, i cant open the backup files of the map so im afraid a couple of months work just went down the toilet. I MIGHT try and start over from scratch, it depends on wether my actual workload decreases enough Hope you keep up your map design tho man cause its bloody awesome stuff
