^ Exactly what I need help with. How do I make the moon light more dynamic and decrease all the fill light everywhere, where everything seems so illuminated. Right my tod settings are basically untouched from when I created a new level, but I can't seem to find what settings adjust all the global illumination of everything, thank you!

Looks good, I quite like it.
The ToD does need work (though I haven't the faintest idea how to fix the moonlight issue - I'm looking for a solution also), particularly the HDR streaks.
Though so far, your map is looking good, keep up the good work
AFter watching crysis 3 at E3, I wanted to tweak this map to make it a little more "rainforest"/jungle, what do you guys think? better or stick with straight city vegetation?
Looks good, though the water in the middle (in the last screenshot) looks a bit bare - perhaps you could place some water foliage (reeds, algae, lily's, etc.) or perhaps debris (concrete chunks, etc.).
It's looking good though, I'd love to playtest the map when I get the chance.
