Yes this util can pack down files into .PAK files with compression values from 0-9 (none-maximum). And unlike WinRAR or Winzip, this works 100%.

No. PAK is just a renamed ZIP file with a few additions on the actual header iirc.

Now you have complete information about audio files and archives, Please create a program to buld pck files.
pck files used in the games too

I only make utilities for the CryEngine 3 FreeSDK. Most are kept in-house but some make it out, like CryPAK will. It's just afterall a FrontEnd for the Resource Compiler.
