Just wanted to know, is there any way to compile your game into an .exe format so that anyone else doesn't have to use an id to first login and then play the game? if there's a tutorial available, please provide the link. Thank you.

The free version of the sdk doesn't have this feature. You have to sign up with Crytek to actually publish the game in a .exe format.

The game is run via the Launcher, the engine doesn't need to compile anything: viewtopic.php?f=355&t=80919

But at present this requires an account, yes. No word on the indie licensing yet.

I see. Thanks guys, it's really helpful for me. Though I really hope they do something about it. The website says that if you distribute the game for free, no fee is charged. How are you supposed to do that with the current situation? ?(
