in Doc 3 Asset Creation Guide, Aim Poses chapter. I can't find this tool's script!
Does it really exits?

Yes, the tool exists, but it has changed recently, and no longer looks like this.
The aiming system itself has changed, it can now support more than just 9 poses, so the tool had to be extended quite a bit. It seems that the documentation hasn't caught up yet.

This is what it looks like now, and the menu where you can find it.
Beware, it is a bit tricky to get it all working and find the right settings.
