i did everything but the grunt never tried looking for cover even if he was shot in free sdk!! how to solve this??? thanks very much!!

free sdk doesnt have implemented covers. You must define them by yourself (in mod sdk there was object with material cover)

What exactly did you do when you said "everything"?

1) Add some AIAnchors for cover points

2) Generate AI navigation

3) Test if it works.
