Post Topic: Making my own elements
PostPosted 16.05.2012, 00:07
Hi everybody, forgive me if I'm not on the right forum,

I would like to know if there are programs (like Blender or SolidWorks) which I can make my own items (weapons, ammo,...).

Thanks, bye :)

There are tutorials on Blender, 3DS Max and Maya. So far I haven't heard Solidworks being supported, though I would love that.

Well, I haven't really tested the tools that you find in the forums, but there's CryBlend for Blender, a 3DS Max conversion tool. I'm not sure about Maya, I I think I have seen a tool somewhere as well.
Edit: for Maya to CryEngine 3: http://www.crydev.net/newspage.php?news=91071
