Post Topic: Camera View 3.3.7 in Launcher
PostPosted 10.07.2012, 09:07
Hi All,
I was trying to use Camera:View in my level. It's working good in Sanbox Editor, but it's didnt work when I tried to play in launcher.exe. Do you know why?

PS.
I'm using CryEngine 3.3.7.

It would help to get a better look at your start nodes on the left.

You probably don't have to trigger "disable" seperately because it disables the corresponding view automatically when another view get's enabled.

Also if you got only one input value for the logic:any node, then just delete this node and connect the "blue box" directly to all the desired nodes.

Don't forget to save and export to engine :)

Now it's a little hard to read :D

But what I can see again is a another useless node. Why are you putting it through a gate (autopilot) which never gets closed or opened? It's better to just connect directly. Such things can mess up functions sometime. Get rid of all unnecessary nodes would be my first advice.

Hi, I met the same problem. Did you click the menu: File-> Export to Engine?

Maybe I can make it easier. This node, enclosed, is not working when I play it in Launcher whereas working good in Sanbox.

That may very well be the case. It's working fine for me at the latest SDK version.

What's stopping you from updating?

There is a bug in 3.4.0, when you exit from the launcher.

Does the crash on launcher exit have an impact on your work?

The CameraView part should be fixed and working in both editor and launcher in 3.4.0.

Oh, yea, it's working. But have to making some adjustment of nodes due to the custom nodes made in 3.3.7.
