If you're seeking help with any Sandbox issues (crashes, errors, etc), please ensure you attach:

• Your Editor.log file from the root directory.

If you're having issues with the Launcher, please attach:

• Your Game.log file, located also in the root directory.

"Root directory" is where you unzipped the SDK package to.

In addition to these documents, it is necessary for you to add in your dxdiag report too so that we can understand what system you're on. To run this:

• Type dxdiag into the start/run menu and then "save all information".

You can attach txt/log files directly to your posts via the attachments function so you don't need to copy/paste the entire document, as they're often quite large. If you're attaching more than one file, you may wish to zip/rar the files into one archive and attach that.

We'll do our best to analyse these documents to help resolve any issues
