(also this is a terrible feature of the free sdk, I've been unable to access my account at a few critical times now(for research presentations) and I'm not sure why this is needed, .....)

Managed to unlock it, by going back onto my laptop(battery died, charger was also faulty), logging off, then logging back onto the desktop, still a real pain having to go through the process....

Hey Guys, i may have a small solution , i just got this issue & it is the first time to get this scince i start using Cryengine what i did is that : - windows button+R ( to open Run commands in windows) - run (temp) & clean everything - run (%temp%) & clean everything - run (recent) & clean everything - run (prefetch) & clean everything *it seems to be ABC computer  , but this solution worked with me
