Hi, I'm new to Cryengine.

Is there a way to upgrade from previous versions to newer versions of the software?
I have been working on a map for 2 weeks and would like to know if i can simply load my progress in the new v3.39 SDK.

I'm tempted to extract the zip file into the same folder as my v3.3.7 installation and see what happens.

If you're only creating maps with the editor, upgrading should be painless. The quickest and safest method would be to unzip the new version into a new dir and move your level across.

Generally, How frequent are upgrades?

Wow i didnt think it would be that simple. Works great. Thanks.
Im noticing that Depth of Field and maybe other effects are on by default in the new sdk. How do i control these settings?

Unknown.

A signature used to exist here.

Using the console or for the real game later you need to setup the ToD (TimeOfDay)
