This is for CE3 SDK

I recently had a hard drive crash so lost my work.
I found couldn't work without my modifications so I decided to packaged them up and post them on the internet(so i don't lose them again).

Things it does:
no c++ pack should be needed
Ribbon UI
sky update rate 100%
enable very high spec mode
disables some glitches with the engine
fix NTFS last access update
x64 Launcher fix

how to install
extract the zip folder to the main directory (the folder which you can see bin64 bin32 game...)
run RunMe_IFixStuff.reg (this just fixers some bugs)

This didn't fix the NTFS Disable Last Access Update message I'm getting on startup. I previously tried modifying the XML file by putting a 0 instead of a 1 at the value type and rebooting, and that didn't work. Is there anything else I can do? Is it something I should even worry about (I don't know what the warning means)?

I take that back. I skipped over the "run RunMe..." part of your post. Now I don't receive that message anymore. However now I get this warning message in the Sandbox console: [Warning] XML reader: File is empty (...\user\Sandbox\textureAssetTransactions.xml) \nError parsing [same file].

I'm going to re-extract the SDK.

that warning message doesn't mean anything serious so no worries about that

I just downloaded SDK and googled for this, and you post came up. The

error msg is now gone, I am sure the other fixes were good as well hehe.

The error message is nothing dangerous. If it's enabled the Sandbox editor will auto-update
any textures or images which are altered inside photoshop (or any similar software).

So you don't have to manually load the textures up again. Nice feature.
