Quote by jdahlman: I have made a room in correct dimensions made from solids. However no matter what I do sun light breaks through making very lit up. I have cast shadows on the solids and also tried making solids overlapping and also another cube around the room. I've chcked for solutions on forums but can't get it working Any tips on how to solve this? Thanks... (Btw, nice challenge!) Use vis areas then.

Seems to be something with the renderer. I've tried putting the solid enclosed space inside a vis area, but it is still lit inside. The vis area does stop time of day from affecting the inside though.

Cry-Adam, do you know how to freeze an effect? To make it look frozen in time?

Hey, Adam.
- We can use both screenshot & video for entry? - We can use only 1 entry for this competition? - We can change shape of room freely within the size? Cube, Triangle, ok? - No window or hole is ok? This means, only inside the room. - - Transpearent walls are ok?

Do we start a thread once we are finished or when ever?

This sounds fun, I'm in. Actually started tonight. My idea is a Cry-Museum, lol. Basically Crysis objects scaled down into a small cabinet. To make things more interesting I made it more like a scene. It's really hard working with tiny objects like that, so it looks kinda funny. But I hope it'll be cool to walk around in the room and check out small displays of tiny Crysis objects. ^^ Can't find a WIP thread so I'm posting it here. I hope more people share their stuff as well!

Just curious if this would still count... There is a hole in the ceiling that passes the 4m high mark....Would that not be allowed?
