Some time passed since you have heard something from our database team. Today we announce you that db staff member mangobyebye took over the roal as db-lead. If you have any questions regarding the db you can always write a pm to mangobyebye or ---___db___---.


New Staff Members
Furthermore we would like to let you know that we are looking for some new members who are able to assist the Crymod Staff Team. With the current downloads, mod and tutorial areas getting bigger and bigger on a daily base for Crysis/Crysis Wars/Warhead we got new open positions in the Crymod Staff Team. Curently our Database Team is looking for active support.


Open Positions
We offer a variety of position in the internal Database Team. Currently we are looking for following positions:

1. ModDB & Downloads Section Maintenance
   Required people: 1-2
   Description: The job here is to help moderating the entire mod database and downloads section. This includes reporting non-working and wrong set up download entries to the lead and also to check the various (new) mod teams if they meet the requirements.
   
2. Downloads Section Support
   Required people: 1-2
   Description: This job is about testing and/or preparing new downloads which then get activated by the team lead. It is also required to browse through the Crymod forums and other Crysis related web sites to find the latest downloads for the database.
   
3. Tutorial Section Support
   Required people: 1-2
   Description: We also search people which verify, activate and/or prepare new tutorials. Tutorials written by the community need to be reviewed and unlocked or transfered into a PDF document. In addition the tutorial video channels are being maintained by these people.

How To Apply
If you are interested in helping out on one of these open positions then please send an application to Cry-Eddy. We offer a nice and familiar team to work with, lots of internal (funny) discussions and special offers from Crytek from time to time.

Still this position is on a voluntary base, so no payment or contract signing can be provided for this.

Just want to re-check before I do anything stupid(which is more than likely) , for the first position , you just browse downloads section and download different kinds of stuff , right?

(I have 50GB bandwith per month!)

Uuh.... No it's not. It directs to Cry-Eddy.

And there is no age minimum for the role; as long as you can do it to a good standard efficiently.
