Your model is not correctly resetXformed. You are in the polygon subselection of your model in you modifier stack. Your model still is scaled up to 300% and thus appears at only a third of it's size in CryEngine.
Do this, just to get back to basics: 1. Unlink everything (you don't need the dummy there anyway) 2. Collapse you entire modifier stack on the oil_mesh 3. ResetXForm the oil_mesh 4. export the oil_mesh
With the above steps, the model looked just fine in CryEngine after export. You can then relink the phys proxy, though with a polycount this low, you might just as well just use the entire mesh as proxy by choosing that option in the material.
By the way - the units in your max file are set to meters, not centimeters.

That is not working for me, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can you link the file you fixed so I can take a look top see what I'm doing wrong? I collapse the stack and Reset Xform but it did nothing.

Hi there,
I attached the fixed file to this post (it is inside a rar file). Also, so that you can follow the steps, I created a quick video showing the steps I took one by one - I figure this will be more helpful when you want to fix your own file.
Note that I deleted the dummy, because it is unneeded. Also I deleted the phys proxy, only so that I could work on the actual mesh, since that was where the troubles lie. Generally I recommend creating the phys proxy last.
@twitchythumbs If this helped you solve your problem, it would be great if you could please change the topic of your original post to (Solved) instead of (Not Solved).
