Now that Autodesk has consolidated the Softimage Community in the Area, all the official tutorial links in this thread are dead.

the tutorials are all still there though, so don't think that if the links here are dead, they've been removed. Everything was transferred across, it's just in a slightly different place.
The whole Area site is being redesigned so a number things have changed.

Anyway someone can do a tutorial like this:

...in the context of Crysis? I tried doing this using the base XSI animation>character options. Unfortunately, the Crytek Plugin doesn't recognize the joints.
Would be nice to be able to build custom skeletons /w hit locations even if it is hard work.

Um A lot of links dont work in this. LOL Figured I would try this out - Never realized it was free for moding. Any way looks complicated and I really don't even know where to begin. Trying to figure it out but everything I seem to want to follow is broke.
Got it instaled and have the right views. Will continue looking around and sure ill start to figure it out.
