Nvidia relesed their first 65nm card, the 8800GT(G92). :] This $280 card beats the $400 GTS and overclocked it matches the GTX This is the holy grail for crysis It pulls 40FPS on high at high res But this monster can be killed by 4X AA very high at 2560X1600(only the ultra can do that) http://vr-zone.com/articles/Nvidia_GeForce_8800_GT_Review/5369-7.htmlThe price means i can aford to add on the 650W PSU I desperately need My current one is a 3 year old 350W Any one picked up one of these. Now to see the awsome power of the 8900GTX (g90) unleased on the earth

You did see they use medium settings for the test? BTW the 8800GT dont beats the 8800GTX on high resolution with 3DMark06!
'Retro' can be used to simply mean 'timeless' or 'classic'

But it does beat the GTS which is $100 more The GTX has more ram(and it is huge) which is why it beats on high res. And my LCD can only get to 1600X1200 so I don't care about high res performance If you are getting a card for crysis it seems the the 8800 GT is better Than the 8800 GTS. And it will fit in smaller cases.

Maby with the money you save you can buy other parts for your rig?

@Fox: try to use the riva tuner to overclok;)
The 8800GT is realy great, after realese it took a few hours ´and than all cards were solled out. If I would need a new Card I would buy the GT.

The problem is- I have tried riva tuner- and I used it a lot in the past with my 7900 on xp-the problem is, it wont display defualt clocks, and when it says it needs to reboot to do so- I reboot- and NOTHING HAPPENS... I open riva tuner and it asks me to reboot!
