Could you still create decals of the writting that I requested for please? As long as I get the text, I can just create a material that's entirely red or green, and then just put the decals on top of them.

EDIT: I've a question. How do I get the picture to work as a decal. I've selected the picture to be in the diffuse tab, but when I apply the material to a decal, nothing shows up. How can I get it to work?

Could someone please help me with the problem? As I said in my previous post, the decal doesn't work, the picture won't work?
Any help would be greatly appriciated.

That's probably it, but I didn't quite manage to follow the solutions. What's the iot? I've searched around and can't find out what the word means. How can I recreate the texture into 1024x1024?

I`m assuming he mean`t resize it to 512 x 512...In your case resize to 256 x 256 and use the scale ratio he mentioned.1/0.5

Thank you, that was probably what he meant. Then I've just one more question, how do I resize the image. I don't have any specific program for picture editing? I tried with microsoft picture manager, but that only let me resize the x axis and not the y axis.

Thank you for resizing the images, but the decal still doesn't work. Whenever I apply the material, the picture still doesn't show up. However it feels as if the solution is one step closer now. It's strange though, I don't understand, there shouldn't be any problems with the picture now.

Since my probem still isn't fixed, could the problem be something else? Does the picture need some kind of treatment, does it need to be in another format to function as a decal?

I assume you tick the "Decal" box in the material editor? It should be under the "Shader params" I think.

Yes I've done that, and when I apply the material to a decal it still doesn't change. It's the same grey square, sometimes it flickers a bit when I apply the material but otherwise nohing happens.

Hey, it would really make my day if you could make a texture for an object for me. I'm making a map based off a level of halo 2. Could you make a texture similar to the texture on this building for me?
