you should remove the "/" after .png and infront of [/IMG]

Well this look´s too usualy. You should not just push up all the Vaules that the todeditor gaves you, a good tod has a harmonic between all vaules.

Configs/ToDs are all based on personal taste, which is good and should not be questioned.
@MasterGod : I personally like the style of your configs. Hopefully, your latest |HD| Tod Project can be downloaded soon

Looks like everything is covered in glossy oil...
If you like it, that is all that matters, but with the tropical environment, that ToD looks completely off.
I'd probably be better suited for an urban environment, or a sci-fi environment.
Still, even then the blacks would be too strong. ToD's should emphasize details and help bring them out, not cover them up.
Even then though, it depends what you are going for..... it looks like you're trying to make a horror environment.
