Welcome to another news post announcing another level. Today we will be featuring Florry's map, Red Mesa Episode 2. As you may be able to guess, Episode 2 is the sequel to Florry's original Red Mesa (which you can download here). Episode 2 is much more than just a sequel to the original though. Inspired by the Valve and Half-Life, Red Mesa has become a mod. You can view all of Florry's filebase entries here. StoryRed Mesa Episode 2 takes place a few hours after the end of red mesa. You wake up from being knocked out and continue your escape from the facility. But as you progress, you are drawn towards something else and you soon realize there are greater objectives in your path. FeaturesHere's a list of some of the features in the red mesa episode 2 mod: - Half-Life/Black mesa inspired environments
- +2 hours of gameplay
- Deeper storyline with conclusion
- Loads of custom textures, models, sounds, dialogues, enemies and weapons.
- Achievements and unlocks (Similar to "Xbox live" and "Steam Works") - Saving in between plays this time
TeamPeople helping out with the mod listed: - Jonas Magnussen Becsan - Voice Acting, prop modeling
- Baron Toffel - Character modeling
- Mario Ruiz - Music composition
- Adam Sklar - Trailer composition

Very good looking My only complaint is that the lighting seems a bit bland, especially in the library, it's horribly bland, you really need to change it, or add some other source of light... Other than that, well done

Don't know if it will attack you in this mod, but in the original Half-Life they would swat at you if you got too close to them.
