Dear Community,

today I would like to present my current MOD "Lost in Paradise" for Crysis.

LiP sets to where "Invaded paradise"
http://www.crymod.com/viewtopic.php?f=278&t=66850
has ceased. This time the story will be more profound and also reveal some about the first part.

Will Maniac be featured again?

Yes, he is. And I look forward to work with him again.
Manic will show his ability in terms of FG´s, KI and cutscenes again.

Why LiP becomes a mod?
So far I´ve used too many Warhead-models and other content; Custom Content will be added too. In addition, the installation is simplified considerably.

Now for the progress of the whole project: The level design is already well advanced to approximately 70% since I started months ago with it. The total playing time will be approcimately at over an hour (rather more). Specifically I can not say yet, since there are no KI and missions included.
These will be added only after completion of Maniacs Nuclear Cataclysm, because we have decided that only this project should be released.
Generally to the map: It will be fully accessible, Level Design is very detailed and structured so that you have total liberties.

What else to say? You should see yourself first ;)

Leveldesign: RED
ToD: RED
Story: maniac, RED
KI/AI/Cutscences: maniac

Criticism is welcome of course.

That´s it from me for the moment.

Best regards, RED/Tribun8x (and maniac)

That's really nice, especially the TOD. The environments look nice and detailed, too. :)

Looks like a solid effort :))

But is there too much/identical rocks on the sea? There could be at least more variation on sizes.

@F37
Wow, thank you very much! :) Such really nice posts like yours help me to stay motivated. Sadly, they're very rare.
I'm always glad when I'm able to help somebody.

PS: Also got my own small project, but this is too much OT. :P

@SaberJinkuro: Thanks man! :)
But currently we don't know when we are going to release the .cry file. But we'll keep you updated!

@modsuki: Thank you! The storyline for Lost in Paradise is already completed. The story starts at the end of Invaded Paradise and will be far more detailed and more complex. But we don't want to tell too much yet :P

@RMC: Yay, thank you! :)
