I drag an animobject entity in the level. add to the track view as a node, walk a distance and animating it.
but it's not snap to the terrain.

can anyone solve this?

hey, i tried.but it's not.the animation don't caculate physical postion on the terrain.

can entity in track view do this(caculate physical postion per frame)?

Sample in attachment displays entity's distance from ground, assuming entity's rotation in x- and y-axes stays somewhat neutral. For a solution having the distance independent from entitys's rotation, a tagpoint can be set to follow the entity, in which case distance should be measured from the tagpoint.

Why Z direction is -1?? i dont get it. I tought Y should be -90 (or X -180) to turn it to the ground. I waisted a lot of time with it. Btw thx, even if i didnt asked.

There is currently no option to make an AnimObject snap to the terrain, afaik.
