Hi all,
We apologise for the issue relating to accounts being locked and we will continue to refine and improve the system to prevent these issues from happening.
Good news is we now have a method of unlocking accounts, so if you're receiving an "Account Locked" error, please post here and we'll fix that up for you as soon as possible.

Hi, Same happened to me, only problem for me is that I can't logout of the machine that the CryEngine Editor crashed on. I'm at university and their computers wipe and reset to a pre-built image everyday, So no software to log out of. Now I can't login on my PC. Any help that you could give would be great, thanks!

All sorted @B10KILLER, you're not currently logged in so i don't think its an account locked issue you're experiencing.

My second account is locked too.. now my previous account works again but i can't open my game anymore..
unlock my account please, need it for my studies.
can someone tell me how to give an other account permission to my levels?
