If you release nothing else, I would appreciate either a quick post, or some sort of tutorial on how you rendered those mountains in Terragen, and how you imported them into CE3.

it gave me the urge to return play with CryENGINE :happy:

btw , i have a little question :

i want to make a game that unfolds in a similar envirenement, however i need the biggest map possible size , so the player can take a flyable vehicle and fly over without reaching the map limits too quickely

i have read somewhere here that the cryengine is somehow limited for such situations

any comment on this please

Just start with the maximum size map, i can assure you CE3 can make huge levels. Im currently making chicago in CE3, and im not even using the largest map size.

btw i admit that i havn't take time to look closer in the terrain capabilities, just read some posts about the subjet ...
