Try modifier Xfomr, It should fix this error.

Xfrom - this is modifier, which fix errors.

1)Open in 3ds max the list of modifiers and select Xform (Scr1)

Strangly enough it says error when i try to load my character into cryengine 3

When you export character in CryEngine 3, 3ds max gives out some errors?
And what type of error it gives out?

First it runned properly... But the file did not apear
I just runned it in administrator mode and guess what? Its back again...
Somebody willing to animate and bip it for me? I guess not
