I've run into a problem in a map I have created.
The map is 64km square (8192x8m units) and displays perfectly on my machine fitted with NVIDIA quadro 6000. Frame rate is a steady 45-50fps.
If I add the Speedboat Entity to the scene it sits nicely in the water in the middle of the map. If I move it south down to the base of the map is 'floats' 2 meters under water.

I've created a new map at 8192sq with 1m units and the boat behaves normally.
If I resize the map up to 8192sq 2m units then the boat sits under the water.
It seems that it will do this in any location lower than say 3/4 of the way down the map and from one side to the other.
The only way I've found to get around this is to set the Config Spec to Low. Strange as the PC seems to cope very well with the full 64km square map.
Anyone else encountered this problem?
Any ideas on how to resolve this other than switching to Low Spec would be appreciated.

64km aside - the error still occurs on 8192 with 2m units.

Surely I shouldn't have this error on a map 16384sq??

The largest sized map we've used in the Crysis series is 4km. We don't recommend going over that.
