NANOSUIT V2 RELEASED

Hi guys,
After my first assets (Korean Zombie Model), I decided to make another playable model for crysis
Me and my friends (They doesn't have a Crymod account, but they are very skilled at modding) are working on a Nanosuit V2 shown in Crysis 2. We had a really lot of work at Rigging, Modelling, Animatings, Detailed Texturing, and making a Nanosuit V2 Sounds such as like: Maximum Armor, Maximum Power, Cloak Engaged, and Temperature Criticals/Energy Criticals, but sadly there is no sound for Maximum Speed, so it will take the default sound of Maximum Speed.

Ok. after a very hard work, we've finally completed making the Nanosuit.

However there's one problem though, When you using the Nanosuit 2, the texture or skins for Nanosuit 1 aren't textured or grey textured. I tried to fix it but i'm no good at it. But it can easily fixed by removing the zz_NanosuitV2.pak file from your Crysis>Game folder (I suggest you backup first the NanosuitV2 file). If you want to use it again, just Copy the backup file to your Game root again
The Detailed Textures was done thanks to my friend who made it

didn't care about the texture loss in Nanosuit 1, for me
wanted to try this suit, add a more life to crysis 1

This was Truly awesome mate!
I've tried this, and it worked!
the nanosuit 2 sounds are really making it almost the same like in Crysis 2
but, sadly there's no any sound for maximum speed
well that's OK! the important thing is that i can play crysis with this suit

Hey guys!
Finally, I know how to fix up the problem with the Nanosuit 1 Texture, follow this instructions:

1. Locate your zz_Nanosuit_v2.pak file.
2. Make sure you have backup the zz_Nanosuit_v2.pak file.
3. Rename the "zz_Nanosuit_v2.pak" into "NanosuitV2.rar or NanosuitV2.zip" <<< (DON'T RENAME THE BACKUP FILE, AS IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY DOING SOMETHING WRONG, YOU NEED THAT BACKUP TO START AGAIN"
4. Extract all the files from inside the NanosuitV2.rar / .zip
5. Once you have extracted them, There will be 2 Folders which is "Scripts" and "objects" folder.
6. Open the "object" folder, then locate for a Folder named "Nanosuit". <<< (There will be 2 folders inside it which is "NanosuitV2" and "Nanosuit". Locate only the "Nanosuit" folder.
7. Once you have find it, Delete the folder "Nanosuit". <<< (That will restore all the default textures for the Nanosuit 1)
8. After that, Launch the Sandbox2.
9. Load up a map or a custom map, then try to spawn Prophet.
10. Ding! Nanosuit 1 textures are all restored to the default textures!

That's all
If you're not clear enough, I'll upload a video clip to show you in a better view.

You know,it looks like it is SARGIY576 nanosuit. I had this suit last year allready and he got the same grey texture problem like yours. I always beta-tested the suit until it was finished.

@Tom Yum 72: I know SARGIY576 made this nanosuit the first time, and i'm getting interested to make another nanosuit2 with my own abilities, i'm not really good at modding, so i'll just design the nanosuit and rigging it, the rest i leave it out to my friends. and about the grey textures, i don't know SARGIY576 had the same problem, i don't know about this grey texture problem, because i leave out the texture to my friend, so it's my friend fault if you ask me , I haven't tried SARGIY576 nanosuit yet. so, maybe SARGIY576 has the same folders in the .pak file? maybe he had the same problem about the texture? I can only say "I don't know", because i'm just designing the suit, and it's my friends fault if it's true , one thing: i had the nanosuit2 sounds, thanks to my friend who made it. is SARGIY576 had the nanosuit2 sounds? if it's true, then my friend has me thinking that i'm stealing the suit from the original author sorry, if i'm good at modding, i'll do my best to make the nanosuit different from SARGIY576 suit.

btw, it's my nanosuit, because i had a really lot of work to make this. i'll try do DL the suit from SARGIY576 to see the differences with mine

if you mean the second pic ,its the gdc06 map,first pic is island from the full game crysis.

About the suit,its up to you .Its not mine.We had here some people who claim other peoples work as their own and thats a straight no-no.Nobody likes that. Let Sargiy have a look at that.

I'll try to make another .pak file with the Grey Textures fixed, and with a different name. so people doesn't look at me like i'm claimed sargiy's work, because it's actually mine

Please, don't think that i'm claimed or stealing sargiy's work. just because the same .pak file and also the folders inside the .pak file <<< (i know this, because i've tried his nanosuit yesterday) doesn't mean that i'm stealing his work. I'll try to make another different .pak file, if you're not like it let sargiy take look at this.

I've tried your advices to fix the grey textures problem.

it works really well
but when i try it again yesterday, the nanosuit is messed up
The head isn't textured or grey textured, and there's no legs! wtf

please, do you have any idea how to fix this?

Hmm, that's strange
Could you please show me some SC about these problems? and a error logs about the suit?
Mine is doing well, no problems like that. maybe you have modified something in the .pak file so it couldn't load the legs, and the head textures.

Show me some SC and an error logs/report from the editor so i may fix this problems
